Our Year 4 lessons will provide your child with the best introduction possible to Kent Test 11+ preparation. Planned by expert teachers with a wealth of experience, our lessons are designed to lay the foundations for a successful journey through the Kent Test process. Children will cover all the main aspects of the Kent Test: English, maths, verbal and non-verbal/spatial reasoning.
With the end goal in mind, we have carefully created a bespoke sequence of verbal, non-verbal and spatial reasoning lessons which explore the fundamental skills required to be successful. Every lesson focuses on a key skill that is vital to solving Kent Test questions accurately. From rotation to pattern spotting, and word meaning to code cracking, you can be sure your child will be well-prepared.

To reinforce the lessons taught, we provide carefully designed homework tasks that help solidify understanding of the lesson and promote independent learning. Once completed, your child will be able to check answers that will be provided or watch a homework walkthrough video. All homework can be found via the resources library which you’ll have access to all year round.
