Using the video conferencing app ‘Zoom’, we share our screen so that our top-quality lesson slides can be streamed directly to your child’s device. Our tutors have access to additional hardware, such as graphics tablets, in order to deliver visually superb teaching and clear modelling of questions. A fully authentic online learning environment, direct to your own home!
We teach a maximum of 8 children per group, with each child having direct access to a private chat box with their tutor at all times. This ensures that your child receives quality, personal feedback, whilst benefitting from collaborative learning opportunities. We offer feedback to parents with every session via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
Each week consists of two 1-hour sessions. The first covers English and verbal reasoning, with the second including maths and non-verbal/spatial reasoning. We have developed detailed lesson resources that ensure all key topics are covered within each subject. Through years of experience, we know exactly what must be taught in order to give each child the best chance of success.
Frequent lessons ensure consolidation of previous learning and allow for sequences of sessions that build on from one another. Working in term time, children get into a routine that suits them, with adequate time for rest during half-term breaks. Tutors and children quickly build up strong working relationships that ensure progress in a fun, safe and engaging learning environment.
